01 / About AG-STEEL
Experience that holds it all together.
Since 2005, we have specialised in the manufacture and assembly of steel structures, with a focus on large-scale components and offshore structures.
We work from customer-supplied documentation. From one-off projects to series production, we adapt our scope of work to the requirements of each order.
Our production base is located at the Szczecin “Wulkan” Shipyard. We operate four halls with a total area of 3,870 m², equipped with overhead cranes to support handling and assembly throughout production. Our own mobile machining equipment allows us to work directly on structures as they take shape.
Our team includes 22 fitters and 16 welders, with work coordinated by a shift foreman and a production manager. We combine our employees’ experience with a flexible approach to production. We continue to develop our technical facilities and our team’s skills to meet the requirements of each new project.

Welding and assembly
Manufacture and assembly of large-scale, industrial and offshore structures. S355, S690 and stainless steels.
Mechanical machining
Mobile machining equipment for use at different production stages. Positioning and measurement in cooperation with experienced surveyors.
Quality control
Fabrication inspections and cooperation with external NDT and DT laboratories. Corrosion protection carried out by specialist partners.

Our work is based on qualified welding procedures and the expertise of our team. We verify fabrication quality in cooperation with independent laboratories and certification bodies.
